As a Casual Early Childhood Educator, your on-call role will involve supporting classroom activities, implementing programs designed for developmental success, and working collaboratively with teachers to enhance students' learning experiences. This position allows for flexible scheduling while providing essential support in early education settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate developmentally appropriate learning activities
• Partner with teachers to address individual student needs
• Observe, report, and assess developmental milestones




• Maintain accurate records regarding student attendance
• Assist children with daily routines and oversee activities
Requirements:
• Completion of an Early Childhood Education diploma
• Registration with the Ontario College in good standing
• Experience in an educational childcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Current First Aid and CPR certification is preferable
