In this role, you will leverage 7-10 years of HR expertise to collaborate with senior leadership for recruitment and development initiatives. You will drive performance management and maintain HR metrics while fostering employee engagement and relations based on our core values. This critical position reports to the current HR Manager, transitioning to working closely with the President.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the annual HR planning and budgeting
• Guide talent management and workforce succession
• Support change management initiatives
• Maintain performance management processes
• Manage HRIS and associated systems
Requirements:
• 7-10 years of HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• CHRP certification or pursuit thereof
• Previous CPG industry experience preferred
• Fluency in English and French
