Our client, a boutique business law firm, is seeking a Marketing Operations Lead to spearhead their marketing for estate planning and business law services. This in-person role focuses on campaign delivery, content execution, webinars, and partner referrals in a small, founder‑led team serving high‑net‑worth BC business owners.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Execute digital campaigns, content, events, webinars, and partner referral programs
- Manage website projects including WordPress rebuilds and optimization
- Leverage AI tools for marketing efficiency and content creation
- Build marketing systems and track performance against pipeline KPIs
- Collaborate directly with founder to refine and deliver the marketing plan




- Translate client scenarios into educational content and lead generation assets

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

- 3+ years experience executing marketing campaigns with measurable results
- Tech‑savvy with AI tools, WordPress, marketing automation, and analytics
- Creative and resourceful with strong independent follow‑through
