Ironclad Developments is seeking an Equipment Operator for our South Winnipeg site. This position emphasizes machinery operation as well as general labor support.
In the role of Equipment Operator, you will operate heavy construction machinery and maintain high safety standards. Ideal candidates will have a robust mechanical aptitude and physical stamina to handle demanding outdoor work conditions. You'll be tasked with both operating equipment and assisting in general labor activities to support the construction team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate construction equipment across various tasks
• Perform pre-operational checks and maintenance
• Read and interpret construction plans and instructions
• Communicate effectively with team members during operations
• Maintain a clean worksite at all times
Requirements:
• Experience in operating heavy machinery essential
• Basic mechanical skills for routine maintenance
• Certification on Telehandlers or Forklifts is an asset
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license required
