You’ll work closely with project leadership and trade partners, enriching our established client base by contributing to the pre-construction phase. Your role will involve analyzing costs, collaborating with teams, and ensuring estimates are accurate and comprehensive.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble estimating inputs, including labor and materials
• Collaborate with peers in virtual construction
• Prepare and analyze labor breakdowns for budgets




• Review designs for cost efficiency improvements
• Build relationships with trades and suppliers

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in complex projects
• Familiarity with concrete and formwork industries
• Proficiency with on-screen takeoff tools and Excel
• Degree in Construction Management or related field
• Strong attention to detail in estimating work
