As a key figure at Dumas, you’ll be responsible for overseeing various underground operations to achieve production targets. Collaborate with management and crews to optimize efficiency and support team development through effective training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead underground crews to achieve operational targets
• Oversee drilling, blasting, and ground support tasks
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
• Conduct inspections of equipment for readiness
• Communicate daily objectives and progress to all staff
Requirements:
• Hold Underground Hard Rock Mining Common Core certification
• At least 3 years’ supervisory mining experience
• Familiarity with various mechanized equipment
• Strong leadership and safety compliance skills
• Knowledge of mining development methods
