Become an integral part of a well-respected Litigation firm as an Accident Benefits Clerk located by Union Station. This role focuses on managing Accident Benefits claims while ensuring top-notch client service and legal compliance.

The successful candidate will assist in handling files under the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) with a minimum of three years' experience in a similar environment. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, tracking deadlines, and maintaining open communication with clients and medical assessors. The role requires precision, strong organizational skills, and an ability to thrive in a team-oriented legal setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Open and manage Accident Benefits files in line with procedures
• Prepare correspondence and relevant legal documents




• Communicate professionally with clients and legal parties
• Organize medical assessments and mediations efficiently
• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of related experience
• Diploma in Law Clerk or a related field
• Strong knowledge of SABS and LAT procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and case management systems
