Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership for patient-centered care initiatives
• Enhance collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and community partners
• Manage departmental operations,



including financial stewardship
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance in operations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
• Experienced clinical leader with 5+ years in hospital setting
• Proven leadership in unionized environments
• Registered Nurse with positive standing credentials
• Certification as Health Executive is a plus
