Reporting to the Vice President, People & Culture, you will develop and execute an aligned People & Culture strategy. With over 12 years of HR experience and a team leadership role, your focus will be on operational excellence and governance frameworks. Additionally, you'll handle complex employee relations scenarios while fostering service excellence and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop global People & Culture advisory strategies
• Lead and coach a high-performing P&C; Advisory team




• Address complex employee relations matters effectively
• Design and improve People & Culture operational frameworks
• Collaborate with HRIS and regional leaders for efficiency

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 12+ years in progressive HR roles with global exposure
• 10+ years leading HR advisory teams internationally
• In-depth knowledge of employment legislation
• Robust consulting and stakeholder management skills
