Join Zymeworks as an Associate Director of Program & Alliance Management, located in either Vancouver, BC or Bellevue, WA. In this hybrid role, you will oversee critical aspects of biotherapeutics development to drive successful outcomes.

As Associate Director, you will direct program teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and project timelines. Your extensive experience—over a decade in the biotech sector—will guide strong cross-functional collaboration and effective issue resolution. The focus will be on building relationships while meticulously tracking project milestones and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure corporate strategy alignment in project teams
• Analyze and manage project risks proactively




• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior management
• Develop timelines for drug development initiatives
• Collaborate with CMC, Clinical, and Research departments

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences or related areas
• At least 10 years' relevant industry experience
• Familiarity with biologics drug development
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
