The Executive Director (ED), Primary Health Care, is a senior leadership role responsible for advancing integrated, accessible, patient- and family-centred primary health care within Integrated Regina Health. Guided by the Saskatchewan Health Authoritys mission, We care. We work together to improve health and well-being; every day, for everyone,
the ED provides strategic and operational leadership to strengthen care closer to home, improve timely access to services and advance the vision of Healthy People, Healthy Saskatchewan.
Reporting to the Vice President, Integrated Regina Health, the ED contributes to provincial and local strategy by identifying system gaps, emerging population health needs and opportunities for innovation in team-based primary care. The role advances the SHAs CARES values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Equity and Safety by fostering culturally safe, inclusive and high-performing environments for patients, families, physicians, providers and staff.
The ED translates SHA strategic priorities and roadmap goals into actionable operational plans, ensuring effective implementation, performance monitoring, continuous improvement and measurable results.
