Key Responsibilities:
• Execute leadership development aligned with organizational strategy
• Design programs for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders
• Evaluate partnerships and manage external facilitators

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or similar
• 5–8+ years in leadership development
• Experience with leadership program design and execution
• Excellent facilitation and coaching capabilities
• People leadership experience of 2+ years required
