This on-call role involves working closely with the Trauma Coordinator to provide timely intervention for employees facing acute stress or trauma. Your understanding of PTSD and crisis management will be vital as you deliver support directly within organizations. Engage with employees and management to share clinical summaries and develop a collaborative approach to mental wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate knowledge of acute stress and PTSD
• Intervene in both crisis and post-traumatic situations
• Collaborate with the Trauma Coordinator for effective support




• Share clinical summaries of interventions performed
• Communicate easily with employees and managers

Requirements:
• University degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• Licensed to practice by a qualified association
• Experience in crisis management and psychological care
• Punctuality and flexibility in scheduling
• Access to a vehicle for transportation
