Join the University of Calgary as the ERP Finance Systems Lead. This key management role demands expertise in finance systems governance, issue resolution, and effective stakeholder support in a energetic academic landscape.

In this full-time position, you will guide the ERP Finance team and directly influence the effectiveness of financial data management, service delivery, and compliance. Reporting to the Associate Director, your leadership will balance robust operational support with cyclical financial periods, including year-end and testing phases. You will also play a crucial role in enhancing user experience and service consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective ERP Finance operational priorities and issue resolutions.
• Foster a client-focused culture within the finance team.




• Collaborate with stakeholders to align ERP priorities.
• Manage cyclical activities and escalate service issues as needed.
• Support audit requests and compliance processes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
• 7+ years of progressive finance or ERP systems experience.
• Leadership experience of at least 3 years.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Financials is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Lead ERP Finance operations effectively at UCalgary with a focus on continuous improvement and data integrity.
