In your role, you will report directly to the Sr. Supervisor, Cash Application, and play a key role in ensuring customer payments are applied properly and promptly. As a subject matter expert, you'll bolster your department's efforts by offering guidance on cash application processes while conducting training and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily cash application and payment processing tasks
• Research and resolve issues related to unapplied cash




• Implement process improvements to enhance accuracy
• Maintain SOPs and provide onboarding for team members
• Support cash-related reconciliations during month-end close

Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Minimum 3-5 years in cash application or accounting roles
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• Strong communication and analytical skills
