In this full time, permanent position, you will assess organizational needs and prioritize risks according to the Enterprise Risk Management Plan. Your role includes analyzing operational practices, developing risk controls, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through training and communication. You will also collaborate effectively with your peers and influence program decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze trends and governance structures
• Communicate risk issues to diverse audiences




• Support policy development and internal audits
• Develop dashboards for risk reporting
• Assist with RFPs and vendor evaluations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in risk management or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant risk management experience
• Current Police Vulnerable Sector Check required
• Reliable personal transportation
• Proven attendance record
