Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operational and clinical services for patient support
• Partner with physicians and staff for care integration
• Evaluate and implement policies and best practices
• Manage budgets and departmental planning
• Monitor project implementation and healthcare outcomes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• 5 years clinical experience and 5 years in leadership
• Certification as LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP desired
• Skillful in risk management and interdisciplinary collaboration
