You will evaluate damages, facilitate negotiations, and collaborate across teams to manage client claims. Your role is pivotal in delivering support and guidance as clients work through their recovery process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate insurance claims and uncover covered damages
• Analyze potential liability issues with expert consultations
• Negotiate claim settlements within established authority




• Handle field tasks on behalf of internal adjusters
• Maintain effective coordination with various teams

Requirements:
• AMF license (5A) required
• At least three years of relevant field experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Robust problem-solving and technology skills
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
