In this field-based role, you will play a crucial part in the Patient Access and Education team, working to provide personalized education and reimbursement assistance. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in healthcare, demonstrating a patient-centered approach and flexibility to meet needs across various situations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing support for patients and caregivers
• Conduct outreach to identify needs and barriers
• Educate on handling and administering therapies
• Assist in resolving reimbursement and access challenges




• Foster connections with healthcare professionals and infusion partners

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or social work preferred
• 8+ years relevant healthcare experience, with 5+ years directly related
• Familiarity with specialty therapy reimbursement processes
• Able to work independently and travel frequently
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
