At Hudbay Minerals Inc., you'll provide essential field surveys that aid our Mining Operations and Engineering teams. Your role will support production through surveys, staking boundaries, and digital mapping, directly impacting mine planning and safety. This is an on-site role ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily operational surveys to support production
• Prepare and manage documentation for all survey activities
• Process and manage collected survey data accurately




• Update digital site models and produce as-built drawings
• Lay out designs and provide support for construction projects

Requirements:
• Technical diploma in mining, survey, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of open pit mining experience
• Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license for personal transportation
• Skilled with modern survey equipment
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
