Position Overview
We are looking for an Intermediate Accountant to join our team at Dilawri Group of Companies. The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to our growing team.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Process New and Pre-Owned Vehicles sales and related duties
Ensure that correct payments are received
Verify that sales documentation is complete (i.e., signatures, appraisals on trades, dealer install options, etc.)
Balance gross with General Manager commission sheet and account for variance
After posting, check balances of inventory and receivables schedules
Prepare payroll by calculating commissions earned by Sales Representatives and Business Managers.
Process Sales pay
Qualifications Required
Intermediate Excel skills
Experience for posting deals required
Previous accounting experience required
Dealership experience is requiredCDK/OneEighty experience
Computer literacy, Excel
Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
Ability to work independently
Organizational ability and attention to detail
