With over 5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, you'll diagnose application incidents, resolve performance issues, and collaborate with various teams for effective solutions. You'll also implement approved changes and enhancements, testing these in non-production settings and supporting user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve application incidents and performance problems
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues




• Implement configuration changes and minor enhancements
• Test changes and support user acceptance testing
• Monitor application health and resolve routine maintenance issues

Requirements:
• 5+ years supporting enterprise applications in a production workplace
• Strong experience with ERP systems
