In your role as Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE), you will lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing education within the Central Zone. Your leadership will drive the integration of knowledge into practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate nursing education programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance practice
• Support onboarding and transition to practice
• Lead evidence-based educational initiatives
• Foster a culture of continual learning and improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is mandatory
• Master’s degree preferred
• Active nursing license with Nova Scotia Regulator
• Three years clinical nursing experience required
• Experience in education and training preferred
