As a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse, you'll collaborate with an interprofessional care team to deliver high-quality treatment and manage care for clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate client care with the interprofessional team
• Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans




• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques for individualized care
• Establish therapeutic relationships to support client self-care
• Document care plans and client responses according to standards

Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved nursing program
• Two years’ experience in mental health or concurrent disorders
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health and substance use treatments
