Excelitas is searching for a Production Buyer III in Mississauga, Ontario, to streamline purchasing processes and ensure uninterrupted production flow. Engage with cutting-edge technology and drive supplier selection while fostering innovation.

In this important role, the Production Buyer III will focus on timely material purchases, tracking order statuses, and ensuring on-time delivery. You will participate in the supplier qualification process and provide recommendations based on quotes. Your ability to manage part obsolescence and conduct inventory checks will directly impact the operational efficiency of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Obtain and validate production part quotes
• Maintain and manage obsolete parts due to redesign




• Track order statuses to ensure on-time delivery
• Participate in supplier qualification and onboarding
• Monitor stock levels and arrange product releases

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business or related field
• Enrollment in Qualified Purchasing Certification Program
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, V-Lookups)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in FDA compliant environments is a plus
