As a motivated Business Analyst, you will focus on improving financial systems and optimizing processes across 39 branch locations. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with finance, operations, and leadership to translate business needs into functional specifications. Your efforts will enhance invoice automation and operational workflows, directly impacting PTW’s daily business operations and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders
• Support standardization initiatives across all branches




• Identify opportunities for automation in financial processes
• Assist with the implementation of ERP and accounting systems
• Define and analyze reporting and data requirements

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience in IT
• Experience in supporting financial systems
• Hands-on experience with invoice automation
• Robust understanding of process modeling
• Excellent documentation and facilitation skills
