As a Property Accountant, you will be integral in maintaining financial operations for assigned residential properties. With 2 to 4 years of accounting experience preferred, you’ll handle accounts payable and receivable, perform reconciliations, and prepare essential financial statements. Collaboration with Property Managers to resolve discrepancies is key while ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting for residential properties
• Process accounts payable and receivable promptly




• Perform monthly bank reconciliations accurately
• Prepare financial statements and assist with budgets
• Maintain property data in Yardi or similar software

Requirements:
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, property accounting preferred
• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication abilities with internal teams
