Your role encompasses geriatric nursing, patient assessment, and documentation adherence as per AgeCare policies. Contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and respect while delivering excellent care to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing services for residents within the community
• Lead shift reports, updating all team members
• Record significant changes in residents' health conditions
• Process physician orders promptly and accurately
• Communicate challenges in care to leadership

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Knowledge in geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care
• Registration with provincial nursing registry
• Understanding of relevant health care legislation
• Solid attention to documentation standards
