You will collaborate closely with management, utilizing the 4 A's—assess, analyze, audit, and assist. Your efforts will safeguard personnel, uphold legislation, and maintain operational safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Model safe and healthy work behaviors
• Conduct site visits and audits for compliance
• Assist management in incident investigations
• Liaise with Workers' Compensation Boards
• Prepare reports on safety data and trends

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education with 3+ years in operations
• Experience in Occupational Health and Safety
• Knowledge of Ontario OH&S; Act
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
