This full-time role in North York, Toronto, requires extensive union or non-profit experience along with expertise in strategic communications and media relations. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement integrated strategic communications plans
• Manage media strategies proactively and reactively




• Actualize member engagement strategies alongside OFL officers
• Create and coordinate internal/external communications materials
• Oversee digital strategy and maintain OFL branding

Requirements:
• 6-10 years of communications experience required
• Robust writing and editing skills
• Familiarity with WordPress, Adobe Suite, and social media
• Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• French language skills are an asset
