Key responsibilities include managing rewards cycles, salary planning, and ensuring market competitiveness. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining pay equity and compliance within an inclusive corporate culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer total rewards programs in multinational settings
• Manage annual salary reviews and premium programs
• Develop salary structures and incentive programs
• Conduct job evaluations and offer salary recommendations
• Participate in market analyses and salary surveys

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or equivalent
• 4-8 years of total rewards experience
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Advanced English and French communication skills
• Knowledge of group insurance and retirement plans
