As a Heavy Equipment Training Advisor, you will ensure all training meets industry standards while enhancing worker safety. Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement in-field training programs for operators
• Manage operator performance evaluations and training documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices




• Document and investigate safety incidents involving heavy machinery
• Mentor staff and conduct recruitment for training
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years as a trainer in heavy equipment
• 10 years of operational experience in relevant machinery
• Relevant trade certification or equivalent
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills
• Current BC Driver’s License with a clean record
