What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our award-winning service team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming customers and creating an outstanding first impression
- Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting vehicle needs
- Preparing repair orders and coordinating repairs with technicians
- Explaining recommended maintenance and repairs in a clear, honest, and professional manner
- Providing digital inspection results and helping customers make informed decisions
- Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
- Managing appointments and ensuring repairs are completed on time
- Building long-term customer relationships that create repeat business
- Working closely with technicians, parts staff, BDC and management to deliver an exceptional experience every visit

Experience Preferred

- Automotive service advisor experience is an asset
- Dealership experience is an advantage
- Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite experience is considered an asset
- A valid Ontario driver's licence is required
