Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver educational content effectively
• Analyze organizational needs for training improvements
• Communicate training issues to project teams




• Master software functionalities and promote in the organization
• Create engaging training materials and presentations
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Health Informatics or related field
• 3 to 5 years in instructional design required
• Epic software experience preferred
• Solid understanding of clinical processes
• Willingness to travel for certifications and trainings
