Key Responsibilities:
• Organize Board of Directors and committee meeting logistics
• Write official minutes and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate annual director elections and compliance checks




• Manage document libraries on Microsoft SharePoint
• Develop and implement internal and external communications
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of executive administration experience
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
