Jetson is seeking an IT Manager to build the IT function from the ground up in this greenfield role. You will oversee identity integration and device management, ensuring smooth operations for our growing team across 10+ sites in two countries. The ideal candidate thrives on hands-on challenges, debugging technology, and implementing effective IT solutions that foster sustainable energy adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own identity and systems integrations across Google Workspace and more
• Manage device fleet lifecycle for various operating systems




• Implement sensible security measures to protect company assets
• Design and operate cross-site networking solutions
• Support site expansions with hands-on implementations
Requirements:
• Proven experience in IT management and generalist skills
• Comfortable with OIDC and SAML for security setups
• Experience managing device fleets through MDM
• Ability to travel occasionally for site setups
• Solid problem-solving and communication skills
