This role reports to the Program Manager and involves assisting clients in developing key life skills, administering medications, and maintaining a welcoming setting. You will be responsible for compiling records and documentation, facilitating social activities, and performing housekeeping duties that contribute to a safe and well-maintained facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Encourage clients to improve their daily living skills
• Manage medication reminders and administer as required
• Plan and oversee recreational activities for clients
• Maintain detailed documentation and daily logs
• Conduct safety checks throughout shifts
Requirements:
• High school graduate with a Community Social Service certificate
• Minimum 1 year working with targeted populations
• Required criminal records check
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Completed training in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention
