Responsibilities

- Deliver and support client connectivity products and services across inception, build, testing, release, and production support
- Participate in production governance, monitoring, risk, and control activities
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to shape product and service direction
- Identify and prioritize technical debt alongside new functionality
- Create and maintain technical test plans, unit tests, and integration tests
- Drive CI/CD automation and continuous improvement within the DevOps product and service team
- Participate in incident response, problem management, retrospectives, and stand-ups
