You will lead the governance of the labor rate library and serve as a vital link among various departments. This role ensures the effective transition and implementation of project controls throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Govern the development and maintenance of labor rates
• Facilitate accuracy of equipment rates for estimates
• Analyze collective agreements to support bidding




• Maintain and implement the Project Controls Framework

Requirements:
