Join TNDC as the Director of Preconstruction, specializing in heavy civil and industrial projects. This position, based in Vancouver, BC or Calgary, AB, requires hands-on leadership in estimating and project planning.

In this critical role, you will manage estimating processes, develop innovative project strategies, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborating with project managers and construction teams, you'll leverage your expertise to optimize resources and mitigate risk during preconstruction phases.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead all preconstruction and estimating initiatives • Develop project execution plans with construction teams • Review and finalize project bids and budgets • Ensure effective communication of execution strategies • Mentor and develop a high-performing preconstruction team

Requirements: • 15+ years in construction, with a focus on heavy civil • 10+ years in leadership, estimating, and project management • Solid knowledge of construction methodologies • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools • Experience on remote project sites is advantageous
