Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your financial expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and detail-oriented team of professionals.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the financial health of our operations by processing and analyzing financial data, providing insights to support site performance, and enabling cost control through accurate financial analyses. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operational, Commercial, and Financial teams), prepare reports and forecasts, and support site management with data-driven decision-making.

You’ll specifically take care of financial planning, reporting, and cost control, but also contribute to process improvements and analytics innovations.

We’ll look to you for:

Ensuring all financial data is collected, processed, and analyzed in a timely manner

Preparing and populating budgets, forecasts, and rolling forecasts in reporting tools

Streamlining and improving finance processes and planning

Maintaining and enhancing financial analytical reporting systems (e.g., Power BI)

Preparing relevant analyses and reports during financial closings

Reviewing and correcting cost bookings under cost centers and WBS





Collaborating with FPMs and function controllers to ensure alignment on numbers

Supporting the billing process by collecting data from ERP systems and uploading evidence to client systems

Identifying cost and margin improvement opportunities and detecting trends in KPIs

Finance/Business University Degree

First experience in finance

External or internal audit experience

Prior experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) or Project Controlling is a plus

Fluent in English

Curious and eager to learn and develop

Robust analytical skills and the ability to turn complexity into simplicity

Knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and financial controlling

Proficiency in Power BI and familiarity with IT systems

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver results efficiently

Problem-solving mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude

Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen, communication effectively, and collaborate in an international environment

Resilience and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining integrity

Compensation
The expected compensation for this role is $70,000 - $92,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
