At Tall Tree, the Occupational Therapist plays a critical role in the WorkSafeBC Early Concussion Assessment & Treatment Program. You will join a passionate team focused on optimizing patient recovery by evaluating cognitive, physical, and environmental factors while adhering to WorkSafeBC standards. This full-time position promotes genuine connections and effective solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver evidence-based assessments and treatment plans
• Collaborate with physiotherapists and interdisciplinary teams
• Evaluate psychosocial and behavioral factors affecting recovery
• Facilitate secure return-to-work and daily activity plans
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and reporting
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
• Eligible for WorkSafeBC-funded services
• Valid CPR certification
• BC Driver's Licence for community visits
