This part time position reports directly to the Director of Care (DOC) and is responsible for direct resident care, medication administration, and maintaining regulatory standards. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of life for residents through comprehensive care plans and educational support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete residents’ care assessments and document updates
• Assist in scheduling care conferences for residents
• Manage medication orders and administration safely




• Facilitate family education on care practices
• Coordinate nursing assignments for timely service delivery

Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse registration in the Province
• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers
• Solid critical thinking and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
