WellCare Insurance Oakville is expanding, and we are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Personal and Commercial Lines Producer to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious, confident, and ready to build a rewarding career in insurance sales. Whether you already have an existing book of business or are motivated to build one from the ground up, we are looking for a Producer with the hunger, professionalism, and follow-through to create opportunities, close sales, and build long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and centers of influence




Build and maintain strong referral partner relationships
Follow up with leads quickly, consistently, and professionally
Quote and sell personal lines and commercial lines insurance solutions
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
Cross-sell and up-sell where suitable
Work with insurance company portals, underwriting partners, and internal systems
Build, service, and grow your own book of business
Deliver exceptional client service with a focus on long-term relationships and retention
What We’re Looking For Active RIBO or OTL license required
Insurance sales and service experience
Strong sales mindset with confidence in creating new business
Self-motivated, competitive, ambitious, and goal-oriented
Comfortable networking and developing referral relationships
Professional communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to manage leads from multiple sources and follow up consistently
Client-focused with a strong commitment to service
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Knowledge of Power Broker, Applied Rating Services, and insurance company portals is considered an asset
