Key Responsibilities:
• Review drawings and tender documents to define project scope
• Perform quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam accurately
• Identify scope gaps and prepare RFIs or RFPs




• Develop complete bid packages with detailed quotations
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project teams

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in architectural metals estimating
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and construction drawings
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of Canadian construction practices
• Diploma in a related field preferred
