Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough due diligence searches
• Review and prepare legal documents accurately
• Draft sale, purchase, and mortgage agreements




• Communicate with clients, agents, and legal parties
• Register documents electronically with the Land Title Office

Requirements:
• 3+ years of conveyancing expertise preferred
• Completion of a Legal Assistant or Paralegal program is beneficial
