This position reports to the Controller and involves essential responsibilities in managing accounts receivable functions. You will ensure thorough invoicing, apply customer payments using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and maintain positive relationships through excellent customer service. Your attention to detail will be vital for resolving discrepancies and supporting collection activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process customer invoices and payments
• Maintain accurate customer accounts in Dynamics 365




• Review aging reports and outstanding receivables
• Follow up on overdue accounts while building customer relations
• Assist with month-end close and reporting activities

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in Accounts Receivable or accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Solid understanding of AR processes and reconciliations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience in retail or high-volume environments
