YWS is excited to offer a full-time Program Director role in Etobicoke North, aimed at cultivating supportive housing. This position requires a leader who is dedicated to making a significant community impact.

In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of programs that address housing stability, wellness, and life skills for the residents. Your leadership will empower a high-performing team and ensure that all initiatives are tailored to meet the diverse needs of the community. Collaboration with external partners will be crucial to the continued success of the programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategically lead program planning and quality improvement
• Supervise and mentor program staff and case managers
• Engage with residents to ensure their needs are met




• Establish partnerships for enhanced service resources
• Monitor budget and operational compliance effectively

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience
• Demonstrated success in working with vulnerable populations
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and case management
• Maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications
