Introduction Robertson is seeking a skilled Business Analyst II to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.
Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting from $38 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid
Business Hours: Monday-Friday, Core Business Hours
Job Responsibilities Provide data management and governance support
Support Data Retention and Disposition (DRD) Remediation Activities
Ensure data is maintained in compliance with enterprise data standards, policies, and guidelines
Perform data analysis and assist in assessing, documenting data retention and disposition requirements, support data retention and disposition analysis, and support development of data management and data retention and disposition procedures
Support identification, inventory and cataloguing of existing data assets
Manual execution of Data Disposition and Evidencing
Identify, elevate and support documentation of project and data risks and issues
Build effective working relationships to collaborate with peers and partners on personal deliverables




Manage numerous stakeholder relationships and provide support where required
Experience & Qualification Requirements Under Undergraduate degree required
2-4 years of experience Business Analyst
Governance
Strong Confluence
Project exp (Timelines standpoint, Risk identification)
Data analytics Excel reporting -Some manual steps
FI /Banking
Data management (controls, compliance, understanding of data regulatory rules)
