At Burnaby Hospital, we are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Stepdown team. You will play a crucial role in providing patient-centered care, assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing interventions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and support the hospital's creative redevelopment project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and diagnose patient conditions through comprehensive evaluations
• Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with families
• Coordinate nursing care and delegate tasks efficiently




• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and prevention
• Document patient care and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Current BCCNM registration as a Registered Nurse
• Post-graduate course work or equivalent experience
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Physical ability to perform nursing duties
